History

1993 – COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT

ET “Frenski” was registered in 1993 and since then it has been a property of Mr. Hristo Petkov – engineer, graduated from Chemic-technological Institute – Sofia, specialty - “Rubber Technology”. He climbed up the hierarchy ladder: Process engineer, Chief of Department, Deputy Director, Director, and found out that the market segment of rubber products was empty. The first activity of the Company was commercial, related to materials for production of rubber compounds

2001 – THE BEGINNING OF ACTIVE WORK

Having in mind, the necessity of rubber products by known companies, Mr. Petkov bought old buildings that repairs and started the production of products by pressing with tools of the customers, with only two presses. Gradually, the number of machines was increased and in 2007, eight molding machines were bought. All technological operations have already been provided with equipment – from production of rubber compounds, production of products on two methods – molding and pressing, finishing treatment of products, to quality control, packaging, storage and shipment.

2007 – 2011 - ACTIVE WORK

The customers have increased; the nomenclature of rubber products has increased up to 350 units; quality requirements are increased, too. The Company started producing rubber products, which are assembled in products for export.

System for Quality Management ISO 9001 and System for Environmental Management ISO 14001 are introduced, as well as successfully defended and gained certificates.

New premises are bought; the production area is extended and refreshed; administrative premises also. A warehouse for raw materials and ready products is equipped.

2011 – 2014: INNOVATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

Using its experience, the company started producing rubber and plastic products for automobile industry and for direct export at the international market. The nomenclature of products increases up to 500 units.Management Quality System ISO /TS 16949:2009 is introduced, which allows the company to manufacture products for the automobile industry, with quality, required by this standard.

2014 – 2019: ENRICHMENT OF MACHINE EQUIPMENT AND NOMENCLATURE

The company extends its machinery park with brand new technological equipment that guarantees quality and effectiveness. The following were bought:

3 pcs injection molding machines MAPLAN
1 pc PUMATECH machine for deflashing
1 pc PUMATECH machine for cryogenic deburring
1 pc UTP Vision Scrappix machine for products qualifying, ensurring 100% visual control
2 pcs measuring devices: MITUTOYO Surftest SJ-500 for roughness measurement and MITUTOYO QS PAK for geometric dimensions control

The nomenclature of the parts, produced by ET Frenski grows to 900 pieces.

21ST CENTURY: DEVELOPMENT

The company is ready to expand its machinery park with new technological equipment, in accordance with the new requirements for accuracy, effectiveness, savings of materials and environmental protection. It will allow the company to develop new products and expand its international markets. Creating new positions, extending production facilities and raising the self-confidence of a manufacturer with high quality will lead the company to the level of good and desirable partner.

In view with the above, 2 brand new vertical injection molding machines MAPLAN will be bought.
