History

1993
Founding of the Company

ET “Frenski” was registered in 1993. The owner, Mr. Hristo Petkov – an engineer and graduate of the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, Sofia, specializing in “Rubber Technology” – rose through all levels of the hierarchy (technologist, chief technologist, deputy director, and director). He realized there was a niche in rubber parts manufacturing. The company’s initial activity was commercial, related to components for the production of rubber compounds.

Early Growth

2001
Start of Active Operations.

Understanding the demand for rubber products, Mr. Petkov purchased and renovated buildings and started production using molding methods with customer tooling. The machinery park grew, along with the technological capabilities.

All technological operations were equipped — from rubber compound mixing to molding, finishing, inspection, packaging, storage, and shipping.

2007 - 2011
Expansion

The number of clients grew, and the product range reached 350 items. Quality requirements increased as well. The company began manufacturing rubber components for export.

Quality Management System ISO 9001 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001 were implemented and certified.

New premises were purchased, production areas expanded, administrative buildings modernized, and new warehouses for materials and finished products were equipped.

2011 - 2014
Innovation and International Cooperation

Building on its experience, the company started producing and exporting rubber and plastic components for the automotive industry, positioning itself on the international market.

The product range increased to 500 items.

The ISO/TS 16949 quality management system was introduced in 2009, allowing production for the automotive industry in line with the required quality standards.

2014 - 2025
Equipment and Range Expansion

The company expanded its machinery park with new advanced equipment ensuring quality and efficiency. Acquisitions include:

  • New injection molding machines MAPLAN
  • PUMATECH machine for deflashing
  • PUMATECH cryogenic cleaning machine (fine trimming with nitrogen)
  • UTP Vision Scrappix inspection machine with 100% visual control
  • MITUTOYO Surftest SJ-500 for surface flatness, MITUTOYO QS PAK for geometry
  • 2 DMG MORI 32/8 CNC automatic lathes

The product range increased to 1000 items.
